This policy explains how N.T.I MEASURE ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit www.nti-measure.com or contact us, and the cookies we use. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data-protection law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. No analytics cookies are placed unless you click "Accept".
- Consent choice — we store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. This is essential and is not used for tracking.
- Google Analytics (e.g.
_ga) — set only after you accept, to measure site traffic. IP addresses are anonymised. - Google reCAPTCHA — used on the contact page to prevent spam; it may set cookies and is provided by Google.

4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, who act on our instructions:
- Our web host — stores and serves the website.
- Formspree — delivers the contact-form submissions to us by email.
- Google — Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for the period required by law. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (which does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise these rights, email info@nti-measure.com.
